Highly recommend I booked a private day tour with Egypt Time Travel as i was travelling solo in Cairo My tour guide Zizo is so knowledgable in Egyptian history especially religious sites and architecture . Amazing, unforgettable and best way to see Egypt The whole experience of me and my husband was amazing, from the moment that we arrived to the moment that we left Egypt. Everything was excellent. The tour guides are very lovely people. The drivers were amazing. The language was also understandable. We did enjoyed it. Amazing 4-Day Cairo & Luxor Tour We had an incredible experience on this 4-day Cairo and Luxor tour. Everything was well organized from start to finish, making it easy to enjoy the trip without worrying about the logistics. The itinerary covered all the must-see attractions, including the Pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, Karnak Temple, and the Valley of the Kings. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Egyptian history, which made every visit even more interesting. Transportation, accommodations, and transfers were smooth, and the schedule gave us enough time to appreciate each site while making the most of our four days. Luxor was especially unforgettable, with its magnificent temples and rich history. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Egypt for the first time or anyone looking to experience the country's most famous historical landmarks in a short time. Egypt Tour As we took this wonderful journey with Egypt Time Travel 30th December 2025 to 4th January 2026, this review comes somewhat late due to unforeseen delays which kept us from writing it. This journey of 6t days was excellently organised and coordinated by our hosts the Egypt Time Travel from the beginning with the visit to the Grand Egypt Museum (GEM) and then to Tell Al Amarna and Beni Hasan in the Northern Nile Valley, onto Sinai through Ismailia, visiting the Suez Canal Museum and Port Said and then to Saint Catherine's Monastery, from where we went to Nuweiba to take the ferry to Aqaba in Jordan. Our trip planner Esraa of Egypt Time Traveldid a great job with exquisite planning taking into account our personal suggestions and wishes. The guides were very knowledgeable and efficient, and a special mention must be made of Zizo who was our excellent guide on the 4 day Sinai part of the trip from Ismailia to Nuweiba, whom we had the good fortune to have as our guide on our earlier first trip to Egypt in October 2025. Mohammed Sayed Selim was our very knowledgeable guide at the Suez Canal Museum making our visit there very special and informative. We would recommend without hesitation to anybody to go with Egypt Time Travel if wishing to not only get a understanding but also an enjoyable visit to Egypt and also to have a well planned and executed trip at an affordable and fair price with excellent guiding, good value for money.

14 Days Egypt and Jordan I spent two weeks in Egypt with Egypt Time Travel, and honestly—it didn’t feel like a typical “tour” at all. Even from the start, working with Mohammed to build the itinerary, you could tell this wasn’t some copy-paste schedule. He actually listened—what I like to do, how I travel, what kind of pace I wanted—and shaped everything around that. And the best part? That flexibility didn’t stop once I arrived. Plans could shift, moments could breathe, and nothing ever felt rushed or forced. On the ground, the people made it special. Ibrahim, my guide, was on another level. He knows Egypt deeply, but more importantly, he knows how to share it. It never felt like a lecture—it felt like walking through history with someone who genuinely loves it. Somewhere along the way, he stopped feeling like a guide and started feeling like a friend. Ashraf, my driver, was just as important to the experience. Always on time, always smooth, always kind—but beyond that, just real. Sharing stories, perspectives, and little pieces of life that you don’t get from an itinerary. Those drives became part of the trip, not just the space between places. Osama at the airport made everything seamless—no stress, no confusion, just smooth transitions exactly when you need them most. An amazing trip with Mahmoud I have not long returned from an 8 day group tour (25 March-1 April) to Egypt with 22 friends covering Cairo, then flying down to Aswan, followed by a boat up the Nile to Luxor and then flying back to Cairo. Many many sights to see and a very full itinerary along the way. Our guide Mahmoud was the star of our trip and made this so memorable. Sure, Egypt has a lot to offer a visitor, but the way Mahmoud conducted our trip was exemplary. He was engaging, well organised and nothing was a problem. Another point of praise was the way he delivered the story of history and his depth of knowledge was truly extensive, no question unanswered. I appreciate too there is a team behind Mahmoud and they were great in making you feel welcome and were always there ready to help. Even having Osama come and greet you before you get through immigration at the airport, also Mustafa was knowledgeable and very helpful with a smile, too many others to name including our drivers. If I had to think of one thing, the itinerary has to have the Grand Egyptian Museum, this was paid as an extra over the older museum. Egyptian Family Adventure My family a group of 8 enjoyed a private tour tailored to our interests. We had an amazing visit of Egypt. Our tour director Esraa Ayman assisted us in planning our visit. Our adventure started with with a visit to Osiris shaft on the Giza plateau with our exceptional and informative guide Zizo and our excellent driver Ahmed(Van Diesel). We also travelled from Cairo to Luxor, Luxor to Aswan, Aswan to Abu Simbel, as well as Cairo to Alexandria. All transfers went smoothly and comfortably. Zizo took to us to enjoy the local the local cuisine at places that he personally vetted. We truly enjoyed eating like a local. You Don't Need a UK Travel Agent...Life Time Memories OK, I’ll admit that dealing directly with a travel agent in Egypt made me nervous. Maybe I should stick with Travel Agents in the UK “specializing” in “curating your own personal trip to Egypt” Within several hours of making contact, Mohamed from Egyptian Time Travel responded. Within 1 day his first itinerary was supplied. Such responsiveness alleviated some of my nervousness. I was deafened by the silence of 2 UK based Travel Agents. We were a group of 12 which increased to a total size of 24. Who wouldn’t want this business? We began planning in November 2025 for my wife’s 60th birthday in March 2026. Every question was answered very promptly. My research showed me that this was a real Travel Agent not a scam, so when I came to transfer 50% of the tour cost to their US$ account, I was comfortable. Mohamed came back quickly to confirm, and our planning went into booking phase. We had friends arriving from the US, from Netherlands, from NZ…all at times ranging from 2am through to 10pm. Everyone was met before going through immigration (We think Osma, who met us, had a cousin working at the airport). One of our party did not have a visa. “no problem”…said Osma…the visa queue was “jumped” and lo…they were on their way before you could say Ramesses II. We were able to select from a number of different hotels..clearly Egyptian Time Travel had a good relationship with the hotel we chose. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. (This was for 2 nights in Cairo) The tour guide selected for us was Mahmoud Elfeky. Ask for him. He herded 24 of us around the most amazing sights. He used to work on archaeological sites. His insights were fantastic. The back stories of the sites were fascinating. Mahmoud humored us, answered every question. His organization and sheparding skills were unpassed. He really made our trip. We were allowed to select our boat for the Nile cruise..the highlight hits just kept coming. Mohamed was in daily contact Mahmoud to ensure we were having the best possible trip. I organized an outside dinner without Mohameds help, yet Egypt Time Travel provided a bus to take us to the restaurant and pick us up….at no extra charge!!! Egyptian Time Travel and Mahmoud co-ordinated with the boat staff and chef to produce a HUGE birthday cake…they cordoned off an area of the dining room and had streamers and ballons for the birthday girl. Drums were banged, dancing around the table was indulged in….another great memory. Don’t be nervous about using WhatsApp to communicate and not speaking with Egyptian Time Travel. Thanks Mamoud, Mahamed and the team from Egyptian Time Travel company, you made, for 24 of us, memories of a life time Ohhh, before I go, our son Joe could not come at the last minute (A Level studies)..Mohamed asked if he could meet me at the hotel on our departure. He had an Egyptian cotton tee-shirt (how he got the size right I don’t know) with Joes name in hieroglyphics on the breast (understated and not what you see in the markets.) They also presented a print on wood of Joe in front of pyramids. This pretty much summed up the overall service we received from Egypt Time Travel
